Physical Fitness

Physical activity is important because it helps with diseases and combats health conditions. Physical activity also helps with a person’s mood. It helps you boost energy so you won’t get lazy and tired. If you have problems with sleep, activities and make it better. All of these things that it does really helps with your work. For example, you won't be  as tired as you used to be at work or at school. That can improve your grades or even get you smarter. You won’t have to worry about getting sick and skipping days of work, or getting an injury because you will be able to heal faster and get better.
